DEPOSITS, 24 HOUR CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICIES
To secure your appointment we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Cancellations and rescheduling, with less than 24 HOURS NOTICE, and no shows will forfeit your deposit and prepayment in full will be required for all future bookings.
Your appointments are very important to us, and as a courtesy, we contact our clients to confirm appointments. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule and we ask that you please provide 24 HOURS NOTICE if you will be unable to make it to your appointment. We understand that schedules change unexpectedly and will do what we can to work with you in case of an emergency, etc.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation or no show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled services; if you fail to provide 24 HOURS NOTICE. We also reserve the right to require a credit card to book appointments.
